Reconciliation/Anointing of the Sick
The symbols in this window are those of a lost lamb which has been restored, the cross, which Paul tells us is a powerful symbol of reconciliation, the shepherd's staff, the purple confessional stole and the scroll, representing the word of God. All of these are woven within a mandorla (almond shape.) The mandorla, the center to two large intersecting circles, signifies the presence of Christ. The oil of healing is poured through the symbols, representing the Anointing of the Sick.
